By Mike Speights

With everything that has happened in our market in the last few years, dealers have found themselves looking for ways to save money, streamline their business and improve the processes involved in contracting a deal and, more importantly, eliminate any chance for errors.

Tech Corner: Making CollectorPro and Portal”Pay”

By Blaine Morgan

In the last newsletter, I described how CollectorPro can make you more money by creating accountability for your collectors when making the contacts necessary to get the payments from the customer. With the integration of PortalPay with the AutoStar Fusion and CollectorPro systems we have made it easy for any collector to take these payments immediately and schedule future payments that will automatically be debited to the customer’s ACH or credit card account. The benefit of this is that you do not have to pay someone to contact or take that payment in the future.
