When the initial reconditioning work is complete, closing the work order creates expenses directly on the vehicle’s inventory screen, providing the sales department with accurate costs and profit when selling the unit.

If you have customers with car problems, you can create an appointment for the customer that will be turned into a work order, and every issue will be detailed and resolved with parts, sublet repairs, and labor that can be billed to the customer, billed to an outside warranty company, or billed to an internal warranty or policy expense account.
